Having great pictures is always a smart place to start.
As professional real estate photographers, with years of experience in taking real estate photography we know, how to tell an inviting story. A house is a home and with inviting pictures we can make you want to be there.
Realtors
Paying for real estate photography is not always necessary. Some properties don’t justify the expense, however good photography can really help you get more leads.
For Sale By Owner
The principle is the same, great photos help sell. If potential buyers see dark, wonky, cluttered images, then potential buyers might think you don’t love the home you’re wanting to sell.
Vacation Rentals
Airbnb / VRBO and similar. You get the same great photography, with an additional focus on amenities also. We take the kayak tied to the dock, the jacuzzi on the deck or the children’s sand pit. Seeing the facilities can help vacationers imagine what a great time they will have.
For residential real estate we aim to have the edited images delivered to you within 48 hours of leaving an address site.
We stay realistic. Our preference is to make them sharp and bright but not over exposed. We all like to take images on naturally sunny days, but if it’s overcast we replace the sky. If you have different editing preferences, we can adapt.
A virtual Tour is effectively a slide show usually set to music. It can include video, 360 images, property attributes and your contact details and logo.
20 to 30 edited images are made into a virtual tour using RTV software. We personalize each tour to flow logically from room to room. Other features are also included.
A Virtual Tour can also provide you with some tools to help with marketing.
We are Zillow Certified Photographers.
Videos can be compiled from both ground and aerial footage. From a simple fly over, combining a few short snippets to the creation of a full marketing ad, anything is possible.
As a guide, a basic video can cost around $180 for 1 minute in length. We recommend that a video clip is no shorter than 10 seconds. quote we would need to know more about your ideas or, you can give us a budget and we will give you options for that budget.
Look at the options 1 to 6, they cover most variables. Tell us your preferred package, (or if you need something different), the location, and when you ideally need the photography to be taken. We will then confirm asap the price and provide our availability options. Prices are a good guide, they could be lower or higher.
All packages are based on approximately 35 edited images on a home not exceeding 3000 sq ft. within approx. 40 miles from Toccoa GA.
