Locations We Travel To
The prices we display are based on an approximate 40 mile radius form Toccoa. We are able to service areas up to 80 miles from Toccoa, however there may be an additional charge.

Photography is about Perspective
Not every property needs every service.
Some properties are stunning to look at, others may not be as photogenic, but it is our job to highlight your property in the best possible way. We want to show it as a home not just a house. |

Aerial Photography
There are 4 manevuers predomantly used in aerial video, when video footage has been requested. This can be part of a small production, as individual clips or built into a Virtual Tour..
| Point of Interest |
Using the Main House as a Point of Interest the camera will circle the house at a preset height and distance.

| Roof Top Fly Over |
To see what view could be seen from the other side of the House.

| Fly Away |
Taking the House as the Main Focal Point, you fly away at an angle getting an overview of surroundings.

| Traverse |
A sideways movement along the property sometimes around the corner. |

There are 3 manuever styles in the video clip below; roof top fly over, traversing & flyaway.
Each
lasts around 14 seconds. Others examples may include garden features, courtyards & driveways.
